Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the websites, software, and services provided by KeyVectra LLC ("KeyVectra", "we", "us"), including keyvectra.ai and the KeyVectra Transaction Intelligence System (KTI). By using our sites or services you agree to these terms. KeyVectra is an AI engineering and consulting company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1. Scope of services

KeyVectra provides AI engineering, consulting, speaking and training, and the KTI software platform. Materials and outputs we provide, including AI-generated analysis, are for informational and operational purposes. They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and they are not a guarantee of any specific outcome.

2. The KTI platform

Access to KTI is provided under the plan or agreement you sign up for. Features, tiers, and availability may change as the platform develops. We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Specific pricing, payment terms, billing cycles, and service-level commitments are governed by the applicable Subscription Agreement or Order Form executed between KeyVectra LLC and Customer at the time of purchase. In the absence of a separate agreement, the pricing displayed at keyvectra.ai at the time of purchase applies.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the services: no unlawful use, no attempt to breach security or access data you are not authorized to access, no reverse engineering of the platform, and no use that infringes the rights of others.

4. Data and AI

Data you submit to our services, including to AI features, is handled in line with our Privacy Policy. Data submitted to our AI systems is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes. KeyVectra does not use Customer Data to train AI models. Our AI providers (currently Anthropic) operate under commercial terms that prohibit using API customer data for model training.

5. Intellectual property

The KeyVectra name, the KTI platform, and THE KEYVECTRA FORWARD STANDARD are the property of KeyVectra LLC. These terms do not grant you any ownership of our intellectual property. You retain rights to the content and data you provide, and you grant us the limited rights needed to provide the services to you.

6. Limitation of liability

Our services combine AI-generated analysis with professional judgment. AI outputs can be incomplete or wrong, and decisions you make using them carry inherent risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeyVectra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind except as required by law.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Continued use of the services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
