KeyVectra LLC ("KeyVectra", "we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices, for keyvectra.ai and the KeyVectra Transaction Intelligence System (KTI). We are an AI engineering and consulting company based in Las Vegas, Nevada.

1. Information we collect

We collect information you give us directly, such as your name, email, company, and the details you submit when you contact us, book a call, or apply for the KTI Founding Agent program (which may include your tier of interest). We also collect basic usage data when you visit our sites.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to provide and improve our services, respond to your inquiries, review and process applications, operate the KTI platform, and communicate with you about your account or request.

3. AI and your data

Data you submit to our AI features is encrypted in transit and at rest. We do not sell your personal data to non-affiliated third parties for marketing purposes.

KeyVectra does not use Customer Data to train AI models. Our AI providers (currently Anthropic) operate under commercial terms that prohibit using API customer data for model training.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers (subprocessors) who help us run the business, under agreements that limit their use of it, and where required by law. We do not sell your personal data. Our current subprocessors are:

5. Security

Our services run on Google Cloud Platform with enterprise-grade security controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

6. Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics to understand how our sites are used. This may set cookies and collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate location.

7. Your choices and rights
