What you need to know.

• Can I change tiers after I start?

  Yes. You can move up or down at any time. Your rate adjusts to the new tier at the next billing cycle. Founding Agents lock the founding discount, not a tier — it applies to whatever tier you settle into: half off standard on AITC, 40% off standard on every other tier.

• What does the Founder rate actually lock?

  Founding Agents pay a locked founding rate for as long as the account stays active — AITC $49 / mo (half off standard), Starter $119, Professional $239, Team $359, Enterprise $479 (40% off standard). As the platform grows and standard pricing rises, founding rates do not. The lock is permanent, not a first-year promotion.

• Is there a military discount?

  Yes. Military service earns an additional discount on standard-rate tiers — mention your service when you request access and the team applies it at onboarding. Founding Agents already hold the deepest rate offered, so the founding and military discounts do not stack.

• Is there a contract or setup fee?

  No contracts. No setup fees. Monthly billing means you pay for the month you use. Annual billing saves you two months and locks the annual rate for the year.

• What is the difference between AITC and Starter?

  AITC is the transaction coordination tier: documents, deadlines, deal tracking. Starter adds the contact intelligence layer, email integration, and an expanded agent suite for solo operators who want KTI running more of their day-to-day operations.

• How does annual billing work?

  Annual billing is charged once for twelve months of access at the annual price shown. That is equivalent to ten months at the monthly rate, so two months are free relative to paying month to month.

• How do I get started?

  Apply for access on the KTI page. If founding slots are available, you can lock the founding rate. Otherwise, request standard access for your chosen tier. The team follows up within five business days from support@keyvectra.ai.
